Erika Hiromitsu

Born and raised in Denver, CO, my journey in massage therapy began sometime as a young adult, giving hand massages at church during service to siblings. I eventually took my inclinations to a more formal setting and attended the Colorado Institute for Massage Therapy (CIMT) in 2023. After completing the 750 hour program I graduated with a certification in Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Trigger Point therapy.

I have always loved playing sports so I have a soft spot working with athletes. I have been fortunate enough to travel twice with Molly Brown, a competitive women's ultimate frisbee team, to the club national tournament in San Diego.

I really love tackling specific issues, whether it is TMJ, lower back pain, or neck stiffness.  I put on my investigative hat, listening to your concerns and look to your body to give me clues as to what underlying issues and problems are that contribute to your discomfort.

I am fascinated about the psychosomatic connection between our minds and bodies. As such, I have been exploring other bodywork modalities, such as CranioSacral Therapy with the Upledger institute. It is a light and subtle touch therapy that can be very helpful for Post Traumatic stress, depression and anxiety.
